Our area of expertise is in using AI to analyze the intricate patterns found in Forced Cough Vocalizations (FCVs) also known as intentional coughs. Our patented solutions detect disease and monitor the respiratory wellness for people all over the world.

Founded in March of 2020 and headquartered in the Denver Tech Center, Raisonance is the world leader in AI-powered cough analysis for disease screening and respiratory monitoring solutions.

Our patented respiratory disease screening platform, called AudibleHealth AI, uses only the sound of a person’s cough to detect respiratory diseases, currently including COVID-19, Tuberculosis, Pneumonia, Influenza, and Smoker status. The solution requires only a 10 second cough sample captured on any smartphone. It is fully digital, requiring no specialized equipment, supplies, or chemicals, and generates no waste. The tests never expire, never run out of stock, and the system can process 20,000 tests per second.

The patented AI engine is cloud-based and designed to house 25+ test types. The product roadmap includes the rapid addition of test types for another 20 respiratory conditions including measles, RSV, hMPV, pertussis, lung cancer, emphysema, Dengue Fever, and congestive heart failure, all using this unique screening platform.

The company has also developed ongoing respiratory monitoring platform called FCV Sentinel, for those suffering from chronic respiratory conditions including COPD, Asthma, Long COVID, Cystic Fibrosis. In the US these services are reimbursed by CMS and commercial health insurance using RPM and RTM billing codes.
